The new logo of El Hornero is a more modern and simplified version of the original, keeping the figure of the hornero as the main element but with a more current and elegant style. A warm and welcoming color palette has been selected to convey a sense of familiarity and comfort to customers.
In addition, the interior of the restaurants has been renovated, using modern and high-quality materials to create a more sophisticated and pleasant atmosphere. New technologies have also been incorporated, such as digital screens for menu display and electronic payment systems.
For the marketing strategy, a more direct communication with customers has been established through social networks, with creative and attractive content to attract the attention of customers. A loyalty program has also been created to reward the most loyal customers and the home delivery service has been improved to facilitate access to the brand's products.
